Danielle Delarso

Danielle “Dee” DeLarso was diagnosed with Stage 4 Clear Cell Sarcoma in June 2010 at 16 years old.  After a 9-month fight, she earned her wings on March 26th, 2011. 

Danielle “Dee” DeLarso was diagnosed with Stage 4 Clear Cell Sarcoma in June 2010 at 16 years old.  After a 9-month fight, she earned her wings on March 26th, 2011.  Her journey and attitude inspired so many and continues to do so, through lessons she has left behind. Danielle’s interests & hobbies included: Her Family, Field Hockey, Soccer, Traveling, Music, Photography, Youth Group, volunteer work, History and her Country. One of her biggest dreams was to enroll in the United States Air Force Academy.


Danielle was a student at Pequea Valley School District and in her honor, the family began “The Danielle DeLarso Scholarship Fund.” Each year in Danielle’s memory, a Pequea Valley High School graduate who meets the criteria of the scholarship guidelines is chosen to receive a cash scholarship to assist them financially in their pursuit of an undergraduate college degree.
